30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your glasses within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds (First 14 Days)
Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
Store Credit (15–30 Days)
Returns requested between 15–30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit.
Store credit:

Never expires

Can be used across multiple orders

Is issued to the customer account used for purchase
If store credit was used as payment, refunds will be issued as new store credit.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or store credit:

Glasses must be returned using the provided return instructions within the applicable return window.

Items must be returned in original, unmodified condition.

Returns do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
Once store credit has been issued, refunds to the original payment method are no longer available.
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Banking institutions may require additional processing time.
Exchanges & Remakes (Manufacturing Warranty)
We stand behind the quality of every pair of DebSpecs glasses.
If you believe your glasses contain a manufacturing defect, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for inspection.
If we determine the glasses were manufactured incorrectly, we will repair or remake them at no charge.
Lens & Coating Warranty
The following are covered under a one (1)-year limited warranty from the date of receipt:

Anti-reflective (AR) coating defects

Photochromic lens film defects
This warranty covers manufacturing issues only and does not include normal wear and tear, scratches from use, or accidental damage.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Guest checkout customers may be asked to create an account to receive store credit.

We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of policy abuse.
