This is my 6th pair of Tiny Tim reading glasses and I love them. I'm a teacher by profession and all my students know me by the way I look over my glasses at them when they are too loud. As I read the reviews I realized that I was not alone in having the plastic ear piece come off of the metal bow. I've got two pair of glasses that happened too. I just thought I was rough on glasses. I love the slim style because I can work on the computer and it is in focus and I can look up at my students and they are in focus. I wear them all the time and they are a conversation piece when I am in public. The spring hinges keep them on my face perfectly.
I am back for a second order. Love them. I need reading glasses frequently. I have these on a band and hook the arm over my shirt's neckline. They are on my person all waking hours. The 1/2" lens height is an absolute gem. I can work, look over them at the tv or my customers and I can look below them to go down the stairs. Just wish they had them in 1.25. I'm trying the tiny tots this time because they are available in 1.25 but I really like the nose pieces on these. Don't like glasses that rest on my nose. Glasses are durable and the spring keeps them tight on the face.
I don't need glasses full time for reading yet but every once in a while something is just too small. These little glasses are perfect. Very compact, fit in my purse easily and are comfortable for short periods of time. Love them. Edit

These are perfect. Light, sturdy with a thin full metal frame, nice tube case. I have purchased many types of light small leaders, these are the nicest. I have purchased enough pairs to have them at hand at my office, home, and in my car. Great value, better quality than other pocket readers. Color choices are also all tasteful.
